What is the difference between needle roller bearings and rolling bearings

1. According to different types of rolling bearing structure, it can be divided

bearings can be divided into radial bearings according to the load direction or nominal contact angle. They are mainly used to bear radial loads. The nominal contact angle is from 0 to 45 degrees.

According to the nominal contact angle, it can be further divided into: radial contact bearings-radial bearings with a nominal contact angle of 0:

Radial contact bearings-radial bearings, the nominal contact angle is greater than 0 to 45.

thrust bearing-mainly used for bearing axial load rolling bearing, the nominal contact angle is greater than 45~90.

According to the nominal contact angle, it can be divided into: axial contact bearing-thrust bearing with a nominal contact angle of 90;

Thrust angular contact bearings-the nominal contact angle of thrust bearings is 5 larger than that of rolling bearings but less than 90.

2. Bearings are divided:

1) Ball bearing: rolling body is ball;

2) Roller bearings: The rolling elements are rollers. Roller bearings are divided into cylindrical roller bearings according to the roller type: the roller body is a cylindrical roller bearing, and the ratio of the length to the diameter of the cylindrical roller is less than or equal to 3;

needle roller bearings: rolling body for needle roller bearings. The needle length to diameter ratio is greater than 3, but the diameter is less than or equal to 5mm.

Tapered roller bearings-rolling elements are tapered roller bearings; spherical roller bearings-rolling elements for spherical roller bearings.

3. Bearings can be divided:

1) Self-aligning bearing: The raceway is spherical, which can adapt to the angular deviation and angular movement between the two raceway axes.
